 Many people report experiencing stress at work and in their personal lives.  We can’t eliminate stress but we can develop and implement strategies to decrease how we view stress and how it impacts our body.  Learn how changing what you think can lead to a stress response or a relaxation response and how each of those responses can impact you physically.  The good news is you can learn to think differently and decrease the impact of stress on your daily functioning.
