Pathways - Pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship
The “Earn and Learn” training model of Registered Apprenticeship provides a unique combination of structured learning with on-the-job training. Related instruction, technical training or other certified training is provided by Ohio Technical Centers, Career Technical High Schools, and community colleges. The goal in this session is to provide a model and the framework to add or expand Registered Apprenticeship training in your region.

New Directors-OTC Update of Exciting Initiatives for 2019 and Beyond
The future is looking brighter for Ohio Technical Centers. There will be discussion on many items including but not limited to, the state budget and how workforce development provided by OTCs is and will be recognized by state legislators and the governor's staff and administration, the Finish For Your Future Working Group and the Proposal to develop a messaging and branding for OTCs.  In addition, as time permits we will have open networking and answers to questions from those attending.
